ow ow ow

I was just wondering if I am the only one who ever skidded on spilt water from the dog's water bowl... I went down in one swift move like cartoon-style slapstick and now have...

the largest bruise ever---EVER--on my ass in the shape of a full half of the dog bowl rim...  like a big rainbow bruise smile...

Ow! I've slipped on water from the kitchen bowl, for sure. Nothing quite so spectacular. I should consider moving the bowl, I think, to a floor that's not quite so slick when wet. :-/

Oh, I have a non-skid mat under the water bowl. This, however, does not prevent my dogs from sticking their muzzle in the bowls, sucking up water, then drooling it all over the floor.

There is NO water available inside my house unless it is a long time below freezing outside, then I put a bucket near the wood stove next to another bucket containing wood.
