oh and did I happen to mention that something--one or maybe all the little exercises combined--I am doing in Daisy's Functional Fitness Class has already started to make my hip pain go away... and also diminishing the added knee pain which was a result of adjustments in my motion I was doing because of the hip pain?

amazing what all those little things (you can do during your week to increase strength and stability) will do for you...

Are these exercises things you can do in a small space without getting on the floor? I'd like to find exercises I can do at work in a small space where I can't get down on the floor.

so far, I would say maybe 60% can be done in a small space, maybe even more... no getting down on the floor so far at all. email Daisy, ask her what she thinks... there seems to be an effort for most of the exercises to be incorporated into regular life which is really up to you though... a lot of it is really simple, easy, but you can see results really fast... exercises for strength and reflexes, stability and agility, NOT weight loss
