ooooooooh way treacherous sidewalks of sheer glass-ice here this morning, but we made it to the park well, just just after the legal hours and Teddy, the girl named Teddy, was there and game and Sophia and I dropped leashes and let 'em go (the cops had just circled the field warning everyone to leash up) and i've seen these two play chase before plenty but never wrestle and run like this---glad we made the trip

and i think Stel was real glad i did her feet before we went...

That looks so fun! I'm glad you went rogue and let them play.

Out of curiosity... How much can they ding you for offleash not during offleash hours?

When has it EVER paid to talk back to the fuzz?? never, that's when.

I once got out of a speeding ticket due to having a very pregnant step daughter-in-law in my back seat. Once he got through telling me how reckless I was being (hahah). He's all "you should be so much more careful with a grandkid on the way)

Man, I SOOOO wanted to sass and let him know it wasn't MY grandkid back there... But I didn't, and I got let off. whew.

ok, well, i did once get out of a moving violation for sassing back... not sure i would try it again... i was in my 20s... and these highway cops (the mean looking kind that wear the riding boots) had a set up where there was a roundabout coming off the west side highway and everyone usually makes rolling stops at the stop sign and on into the roundabout... i did stop, pretty much stop, but behind another car slowing at the stop sign, but I was pretty sure they didn't see whatever i did because they were just blanket pulling everyone over... so i called them on it---i got out of my car and called them "pea brains" and announced i was a reporter for the NY Daily News and they would be sorry... (stupid stupid i know, but i was young) called there little operation for what it was, making quotas and not even paying attention to if whoever they were pulling over were actually stopping or not.... they kinda smiled at each other and wrote me a ticket and i showed up on the day to contest it in court and the entire report/ticket had vanished from the system... yeah, i wouldn't do that again tough... it never pays except that once

Stella looks uber-happy! I wish we had some close snow to go play in with the beasts. Flyte hasn't seen snow yet, but I assume she'll love it, I havent had a dog yet who hasn't loved it.

And oh sassing cops. makes me nervous just thinking about it - uhhhhh. scary....
