i guess i am not experienced enough (newbies still after what is it 4 years?) to be worried about the inevitable coming of internationalized courses... really I don't believe there is a monster under the bed or maybe i am worrying a little about the scary internationalized placement of the obstacle or obstacles RIGHT AFTER the DW... because thats next on our list to play with and i am sure our playing with it all over the place will mean the basic doodle-DW performance is going to fall apart a little or completely and its really been nice not to be worrying about it...

BUT i have to keep in mind we will be PLAYING! you know, not working or struggling or crying... cause its just a game with a lot of FUNdaMENTALS and my new mantra is Be The Squirrel. right? and i'm NOT getting ANY older either, right?

(I'll have to come up with an image later. times up)

Hah, I think I'm in the same boat. I'm too much of a newbie to be concerned at all. I throw things at my dog on course that I haven't trained pretty darn frequently, so I don't see a big change with this, hah!

That said, I did work some *ss passes with Jodah last night (sorry, I know they have a real name, but yeah, that just sticks). I'm not sure when exactly I think I'll ever be that far ahead of him when running, but hey, the skill can't hurt, right?

My hope is that I learn some of that pass stuff in time to USE it on Rumble. Not sure what sort of runner he'll be, but i know I RARELY can do a blind on Razor. I'm always behind him. He's a missile.

Jodah runs like his butt is on fire, without much consideration for personal safety (his or mine). Yeah, I'll never be ahead of him, except with his stopped contacts (and myeah, I teach stopped for this reason) and the startline. :-)

But I detest front crosses, I'm always terrified of hurting my knees, so the more handling options I have, the better.
