Our city neighbors spent the afternoon cleaning their rear garden second floor deck and whatever they were using is all over Stella's squirrel tree, the leaves, and all down on the ground, the earth and cement... it smells toxic. Like I'm dizzy after trying to take off the first layer of earth, which is pointless I guess... I asked the wife just now, she was out front with her kids and she said it was just power wash with water---no way... ammonia something maybe?

I guess many many buckets of water now to dilute?

Ok... I think the mystery smell has been solved... we believe it is years and years of raccoon urine.

eeeeeeeew!!! Maybe buy a few gallons of Nature's Miracle & drench the area to rid the smell. Let it bake in. OR, lay down some baking soda, and drench over with white vinegar. After it bubbles up, scrub away with dish soap & water.
